Needing help with the app? No problem, we've got you covered!
First things first, go to your app store on your mobile device and download the speed queen app. The app icon should look like the picture to the left. Once its downloaded, go into the app and create an account.
After signing in, your screen should look like this. Click 'add location' to enter in the Washboard's location pin
When it brings you to this screen, enter in our 6 digit code: WSHBRD
From here, you can see all the washers and dryers that are currently being used. Click on 'add funds' to continue.
Here is where you'll enter in your card information. Unfortunately, at this time our apple pay option is not available.
Once you've added the funds to your account, they can only be used for paying for washers and dryers. Unfortunately, there is no way to get those funds off of the account. After you have credit added to your account, go back to page that has all the machines and dryers listed. Choose the machine or dryer you are using, put the settings to where you want them, and click 'pay'! You do have to make sure you hit start on the machine itself as the app does not actually start the machine.
*Tip: To make sure you have enough in the app in one transaction, count the machines or dryers you'll need and their prices. Then, choose the desired credit amount when prompted.*
